All Genuine and Accessory Infiniti parts sold on our site come with the Subaru Factory warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever is surpassed first is when this warranty expires) from the date of purchase.

This Factory warranty ONLY covers manufacturer’s defect and does NOT cover improper installation, failure of said part due to a corresponding part failing, part damaged during shipping, improper application, and other scenarios.

Parts that are deemed defective from the manufacturer are eligible for exchange only.

Should you believe a part to be defective, as these are Genuine Subaru parts, any local dealership is able to honor the warranty. If a dealership refuses to do so (as some do), contact us through the Message Center and we will respond with the additional information needed.

If we are able to determine your part may be eligible to be replaced under the Factory Warranty, you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of shipping the part to us and for the cost of the part being shipped back to you. This is the same policy a local dealer would have as you, the customer, incurs the cost of taking the part to and from there, too. If determined eligible, we will give you instructions for shipping the part to us.

Upon receipt, we have two Subaru Factory-Certified Master Technicians that will inspect the part. We will inform you of their finding. Should the part, indeed, be defective, you will receive a new part. If it is deemed functioning properly or failed due to any reason other than manufacturer’s defect, you will receive your original part back.
